Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t. black pepper

Directions
  1. Mix egg and milk well in bowl. Shake dry ingredients into paper bag, Dip catfish into milk mixture then add to bag and shake well. Fry in hot grease until golden brown about 4 minutes each side
