Quick, easy, refreshing and healthy, and made with the tastes of summer. Enjoy !
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans/ chickpeas, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 roma or plum tomato, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped finely shopping list
- 1 small clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tblspn chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tblspns olive oil shopping list
- 1 lemon, juiced shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, toss together all ingredients and chill until served!
