Eves Townhouse Chicken

- 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can of cream of celery or mushroom soup shopping list
- 12 oz. sour cream* shopping list
- 1 1/2 tubes Townhouse crackers shopping list
- 1 stick butter (melted) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- *they don't make a 12 oz. size of sour cream. Just get a 16 oz. and eye it up. Mix to taste/texture shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the chicken breasts in water
- Let the water/chicken cool and drain (room temperature)
- Shred chicken and add both cans of soup, sour cream, and celery seed
- Spread mixture into casserole dish
- Crush 1 1/2 tubes of crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the top and blend
- Sprink crackers evenly over the casserole
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350°
