Townhouse Chicken- Easy chicken casserole for the picky eaters- good recipe for the cold days!

Ingredients
  • 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10 oz. can of cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream*
  • 1 1/2 tubes Townhouse Crackers
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • *they don't make a 12 oz. size of sour cream. Just get a 16 oz. and eye it up. Mix to taste/texture

Directions
  1. Boil the chicken breasts in water
  2. Let the water/chicken cool and drain (room temperature)
  3. Shred chicken and add both cans of soup, sour cream, and celery seed
  4. Spread mixture into casserole dish
  5. Crush 1 1/2 tubes of crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the top and blend
  6. Sprink crackers evenly over the casserole
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°
