Frozen Yogurt Bananas

- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 5 medium bananas shopping list
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, blend yogurt and honey. Peel bananas; cut in half crosswise and insert a flat wooden stick into cut end of each half.
- Dip banana halves in yogurt mixture to coat completely. Place banana halves slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. cover with plastic wrap and freeze until coating is firm (about 1 hour)
- Meanwhile, spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast in a 350 degree oven until golden, stirring often. Let cool.
- dip each banana in yogurt mixture again, then roll in coconut. Return to wax paper lined baking sheet, cover, and freeze unil coating is firm.
- Before serving, let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
