Beef Casserole With Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger

1 can (16 oz) pork and beans

3/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 small onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 2-qt casserole. Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down around the edge of the casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
