- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 can mushroom soup shopping list
- 16 oz of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel or shoepeg corn shopping list
- 1can cream corn shopping list
- 1 large jar of pimientos (optional) shopping list
- Large bag of egg noodles shopping list
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- brown ground beef and onion
- Stir in milk, soup, corn and cheese until well blended
- add pimiento, heat and stir
- Serve over cooked egg noodles
- Use a large pot!
- Serve with salad and your favorite bread
