How to make it
- Blanch chicken in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain & set aside.
- Boil blanched chicken and the rest of the ingredients in water. After coming to a boil, simmer on low heat for at least an hour. You can also double boil or slow cook.
- Season with salt if necessary. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
