Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake Low Carb

- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 ounces heavy cream shopping list
- 3 packets sugar free hot cocoa mix shopping list
- 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 T. instant coffee crystals shopping list
- 8 packets of artificial sweetener shopping list
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve the gelatin into the water and stir in the coffee. Put in the freezer for a few minutes to cool. Whip the cream and set aside. In another bowl, add the cream cheese, sweetener, and coca mix. Mix well. When coffee/gelatin mixture is just slightly warm, add it to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Lightly mix in the whipped cream and pour into a pie plate. Let it set up in the refrigerator for a few hours.
