Ingredients
  • 1. 1 loaf White bread, tear into crouton size pieces
  • 2. 3 liters Beef stock
  • 3. salt and pepper to taste
  • 4. 5 pcs big ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded, minced
  • 5. 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 6. EL Ray brand of Spanish Chorizo, 1 kg.,sliced diagonally

Directions
  1. 1.Place beef stock in a pot.
  2. 2. Put all ingredients in except salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Boil then lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes, covered.
  4. 4. Stir from time to time so ingredients won't settle on the bottom of the pot and burn.
  5. 5. When done season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with garlic bread. yum yum....
