Spanish Chorizo Soup

- 1. 1 loaf white bread, tear into crouton size pieces shopping list
- 2. 3 liters beef stock shopping list
- 3. salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4. 5 pcs big ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded, minced shopping list
- 5. 1 cup tomato sauce shopping list
- 6. EL Ray brand of Spanish Chorizo, 1 kg.,sliced diagonally shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Place beef stock in a pot.
- 2. Put all ingredients in except salt and pepper.
- 3. Boil then lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes, covered.
- 4. Stir from time to time so ingredients won't settle on the bottom of the pot and burn.
- 5. When done season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with garlic bread. yum yum....
