How to make it

  • 1.Place beef stock in a pot.
  • 2. Put all ingredients in except salt and pepper.
  • 3. Boil then lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes, covered.
  • 4. Stir from time to time so ingredients won't settle on the bottom of the pot and burn.
  • 5. When done season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with garlic bread. yum yum....
