How to make it

  • Slightly beat egg, add hot sauce, whisk together thoroughly.
  • Clean and season chicken.
  • Dredge chicken in egg mixture then dredge in flour.
  • Rest chicken on cooling rack until flour completely absorbs egg mixture (approx. 5 minutes).
  • Deep fry chicken.
  • Drain on cooling rack.
