This is something I really get a kick out of. At work I'm in charge of figuring out new things to demo that include what we sell, (I work in the meat department). I got bored, and thought of this. It's cute, practical, easy, and different.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 taco seasoning packet shopping list
- Shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 bag of tostitos scoops chips shopping list
- diced onions, shredded lettuce, sour cream, chopped tomatoes are all great to use also shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the ground beef, and cook according to the taco seasoning packet.
- Take one of the tostitos chips and fill 3/4ths of the way with the taco mix.
- Top with toppings of your choice. Make several and put on a plate for a family snack during a movie, or for whatever!!!
