WORLDLY CROCK POT CABBAGE ROLLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gardner Estate in Frisco, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons onion chopped
  • 1 cup rice cooked

Directions
  1. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Season meat with pepper then add onion, rice and beaten egg.
  3. Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf and fasten ends with toothpicks.
  4. Place in crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours.
