Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground habanero chile or substitute other hot powder such as cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store the extra seasoning in a glass jar.
