This is a twist on a traditional salad it is wonderful as a meal with a roll or biscuit.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. Popcorn Chicken or Julienned Chicken tenders (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup of Frozen Corn defrosted
  • 1/4 cup of dice tomato
  • 1/8 cup of red onion diced
  • 1/8 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 dice cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of ranch dressing (ken's steakhouse)
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill or dried
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
  • 1/8 cup of mayo
  • Mixed greens

Directions
  1. Mix together the ranch, mayo, salt, pepper, and dill.
  2. Toss chicken, tomato, onion, carrot, corn, and cucumber.
  3. Pour dressing mix over chicken mixture toss to coat chicken mixture
  4. .
  5. Place over mixed greens.
