Southern Fried Chicken Salad

This is a twist on a traditional salad it is wonderful as a meal with a roll or biscuit.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. popcorn chicken or Julienned chicken tenders (cooked) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of frozen corn defrosted shopping list
- 1/4 cup of dice tomato shopping list
- 1/8 cup of red onion diced shopping list
- 1/8 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1/4 dice cucumber shopping list
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing (ken's steakhouse) shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh dill or dried shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. of black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 cup of mayo shopping list
- mixed greens shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the ranch, mayo, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Toss chicken, tomato, onion, carrot, corn, and cucumber.
- Pour dressing mix over chicken mixture toss to coat chicken mixture

- Place over mixed greens.
