How to make it

  • Combine yogurt and maple syrup in small mixing bowl and refrigerate.
  • In medium bowl beat eggs, egg whites, milk and cinnamon.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture and coat thoroughly.
  • Place in skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • To serve cut warm toast on the diagonal and arrange on serving plate.
  • Top with fruit and then the yogurt mixture.
