Cinnamon Swirl Yogurt French Toast

- 2 whole medium eggs shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 8 pieces cinnamon swirl bread shopping list
- 16 ounces plain yogurt shopping list
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup shopping list
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, oranges, blueberries, peaches) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine yogurt and maple syrup in small mixing bowl and refrigerate.
- In medium bowl beat eggs, egg whites, milk and cinnamon.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture and coat thoroughly.
- Place in skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- To serve cut warm toast on the diagonal and arrange on serving plate.
- Top with fruit and then the yogurt mixture.
