Ingredients
  • 1 lb beets, boiled until slightly tender
  • 2 oz fresh horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of pepped
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. Grate beets and horseradish.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, papper, and water in sauce pan, bring to boil.
  3. Remove from heat andpur over grated beets and horseradish, mix thoroughly.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Store in fridge.
