How to make it

  • Cook your fettucine until al dente. drain and return to pot
  • While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce!!
  • Melt butter in a meduim saucepan.
  • Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute
  • Mix the milk and flour together in a small bowl until smooth
  • Add to the garlic
  • Increase heat to get a nice simmer and stir until bubbly and thickened about 4-5 minutes
  • reduce heat to low
  • stir in parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper
  • cook for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted
  • stir in tuna. peas and sour cream
  • cook until heated through
