Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fry finely chopped garlic in EVOO
  • Add chicken& fry till golden
  • Add molokhia (no need to defrost), wait till it`s melted
  • Add water if sause is too thick
  • Add chicken stock
  • Let it stew for 30 minutes
  • Serve with lemon juice & steamed rice

    hi there i want to try to make this recipe i just wanted to clarify the chicken stock you put 2 cubes. do you dissolve the cubes in water to make stock first or do you just let them dissolve in the dish it self? would that equal to 2 cups (400 grams) of stock? thank you in advance.
