Ingredients
  • 5 pounds lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 large onions, minced
  • 5 to 10 cups chicken broth
  • Slices of American Cheese
  • Potato Chips
  • Pickle spears

Directions
  1. Start this before you need to serve about 3 hours. The longer it cooks on low the better it seems to be.
  2. Cook the meat and onions up in a large pan or roaster. It should be really crumbly. Drain the grease off.
  3. Place back into the pan or roaster.
  4. Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slow/Low cook this for a couple of hours.
  6. Take a scoop of this and place it on the bottom half of a bun. Use a slotted scoop so it is not to wet on the bun.
  7. Cover wit a piece of american cheese.
  8. Put top of bun on sandwich.
  9. Microwave this sandwich for 12 seconds.
  10. Serve with a pickle and chips.
  11. Enjoy!
