Caramelised Bananas Topped With Vanilla Icecream And Belgian Chocolate Sauce Recipe
A sweet tasty dessert that is fast and easy to make. My girlfriend loves it!

Ingredients
  • 2 Bananas peeled & sliced
  • 50g Caster Sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 20g butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Icecrem
  • Belgian Chocolate sauce

Directions
  1. 1. Heat the sugar, vanilla essence and water in a pan, until it forms a caramel.
  2. 2. Add the butter to the pan and heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the sliced banana's to the pan, shake to coat.
  4. 4. Transfer the caramelised bananas to a serving plate, top with vanilla icecream and drizzle over the belgian chocolate. Enjoy.
