How to make it

  • 1. Heat the sugar, vanilla essence and water in a pan, until it forms a caramel.
  • 2. Add the butter to the pan and heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Add the sliced banana's to the pan, shake to coat.
  • 4. Transfer the caramelised bananas to a serving plate, top with vanilla icecream and drizzle over the belgian chocolate. Enjoy.
