Spicy Sea Food Soup

- 1 Kg mixed sea food (shripms, octopus, calamary. fish, clams, lobster, shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 tea spoon crushed black pepper shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 2 table spoons white veniger shopping list
- 2 tea spoons salt shopping list
- 1 table spoon sugar shopping list
- 2 table spoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 hot green chilli pepper shreded shopping list
- 2 inches fresh root ginger dised shopping list
- 4 onions cut in small pieces shopping list
- 1 large potato diced in small pieces shopping list
- 6 gloves garlic chopped finely shopping list
- 2 sticks of celery chopped thinly shopping list
- 1/2 cup of celantro chopped finely shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsly chopped finely shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped finely shopping list
- 2 cups of hot water shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 cup fresh milk shopping list
- 2 table spoons white flour shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the sea food mix in salty water with 2 spoons of vinegar and 1 lemon cut in slices. Boil for 3 minutes, strain and put a side.
- fry the onions, green chilli, garlic, potato in 2 table spoons olive oil
- Add salt, black pepper, bay leaves, sugar and 2 cups of hot water and bring to boil.
- Add the sea food mix and stirr
- Mix milk, flour and wine. Wisk properly and add to the sea food mix.
- Stirr for one minute and add the celantro, parsly, celery, ginger and juice of one lemon.
- Mix for one minute, remove from the stove and serve.
