How to make it

  • Boil the sea food mix in salty water with 2 spoons of vinegar and 1 lemon cut in slices. Boil for 3 minutes, strain and put a side.
  • fry the onions, green chilli, garlic, potato in 2 table spoons olive oil
  • Add salt, black pepper, bay leaves, sugar and 2 cups of hot water and bring to boil.
  • Add the sea food mix and stirr
  • Mix milk, flour and wine. Wisk properly and add to the sea food mix.
  • Stirr for one minute and add the celantro, parsly, celery, ginger and juice of one lemon.
  • Mix for one minute, remove from the stove and serve.
