Shark Taquitos

How to make it
- cut shark into 3/4 inch steaks, 3 inches long
- mix canola oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and cajun style mix in a container
- place shark strips in container to marinade
- warm tortillas in microwave
- drain marinade from container and pat shark strips dry with paper towel
- roll a piece of shark strip in a tortilla and roll tightly and secure with toothpick
- heat oil in a deep fryer
- fry taquitos in oil until medium brown about 3-4 minutes
- drain on paper towels
- place taquitos in baking dish and cover with cheddar cheese
- bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
