Ingredients
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
  • 1 tub fat free cool whip (8 oz)
  • 2 boxes instant, fat free, sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding (1oz/box)
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions
  1. Thaw cool whip if frozen
  2. In a small bowl mix pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice together.
  3. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients with the pumpkin and fold in cool whip
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until serving serving

This is a great quick fix for when you have cravings. Refrigerating overnight is the best way if you can stand to wait that long LOL on that.
