Ingredients

How to make it

  • preheat over to 425F.
  • immurse peaches or nectarines in boiling warer, with a slotted spoon, for 10 seconds
  • peel,cut in half and pit
  • quarter, then cut each quarter into 3 slices
  • butter each slice of bread with 1 tsp. burrer
  • sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar over bread
  • place 6 slices of peaches (nectarines) on bread
  • sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar
  • place on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are toasted and sugar carmilizes to a light brown
  • serve immrdiately

    I can't wait for peaches to come in season now! They're selling small ones in the store here, but they are expensive...about 4 bucks a pound! Take care!
