baked peach bruschetta

- 2 peaches or nectariens shopping list
- 3 Tbs. sugar (about) shopping list
- 4 tsp. butter shopping list
- 4 slices of 4 day old(or oven-dried) slices of crusty Italian bread(at least 5" wide-1" thick) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat over to 425F.
- immurse peaches or nectarines in boiling warer, with a slotted spoon, for 10 seconds
- peel,cut in half and pit
- quarter, then cut each quarter into 3 slices
- butter each slice of bread with 1 tsp. burrer
- sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar over bread
- place 6 slices of peaches (nectarines) on bread
- sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar
- place on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are toasted and sugar carmilizes to a light brown
- serve immrdiately
