Corn Chowder Recipe
My stepdad passsed this recipe to me and now i cook it for my family. Good thick chowder that keeps you going when it cold

Ingredients
  • 6-8 medium potatos peeled and cubed
  • 1 package bocon chunked into 1 to 2 inch slices
  • 1 can of corn drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3-4 tbs garlic salt (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. boil your cubed potatos until mushy but still slighty firm
  2. once they are done if there is alot of water drain a little
  3. add milk, corn, bacon slices garlic and salt and pepper
  4. simmer for 1 to 2 hours until thickened
  5. You can freeze the rest for later use it makes ALOT
  6. ENJOY!!
