Mexican cassarole

- 2 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 can corn drained shopping list
- 1 can green beans drained shopping list
- 1 can whole tomatoes drained and hand squished shopping list
- 1 pk tac seasoning shopping list
- 1 box jiffy muffin mix (egg and 1/3 cup milk to prepare with cornbread) shopping list
- 1 package shedded mexican style cheese any brand or slice cheese shopping list
How to make it
- brown ground beef in a frying pan
- drain grease
- add taco seasoning
- add vegtables
- simmer all the ingrediant
- prepare cornbread
- layer the bottom of the pan with the corn bread
- spoon on the beef and vegtable mix
- place in oven at 375until cornbread is done
- take out of the oven spinkle with cheese
- place back in the oven until cheese is melted
- take out cut into squares
- top with sour cream or ranch or both and enjoy!!!
