Easy, and oh so good. Doesn't take much to make this, great if your in a hurry and don't really want to do all that much.

Ingredients
  • 5-7 pound pot roast
  • Beef Stock
  • Water
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Hogaie Rolls
  • Baby Swiss Cheese
  • Mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions
  1. Sere roast on all sides quickly on a smoking hot pan.
  2. Place roast into crock pot on low.
  3. Chop up 2 onions and potatoes and place over roast
  4. Pour in beef stock, if you don't have enough beef stock to cover everything, just add in some water until it's covered
  5. Cook on low for 7-9 hours
  6. When time is up, chop up that third onion into slices and cook in a medium heavy pan with 2 tablespoons of butter until grilled and yummy.
  7. Split hoagies, and mayo each side up, set aside
  8. Remove roast from crock pot, and cut into sandwich sized slices.
  9. Place 2-4 slices on hoagie, top with cheese, and grilled onions...
  10. yummmmmmmmm
