How to make it

  • Put a foil paper cup liner in each cup of a 12 cup muffin pan.
  • Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each foil liner in the muffin pan.
  • Beat the remainder of the ingredients together.
  • Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with mixture.
  • Bake 375 degree for 15 minutes (until set-should be browned).
  • Top with your choice of pie filling.
