Ingredients

How to make it

  • ~*Tassie Dough*~
  • Beat cream cheese and butter together until well incorporated. Stir in flour. Form dough ball. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. Roll dough in about 1/2" balls and press in tassie/mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  • ~*Tassie Filling*~
  • In sauce pan, over medium heat, combine caramels and milk. Stir frequently until melted. When all caramels are melted and incorporated well - remove from heat and stir in Kahlua. Pour caramel in tassie shells. Let cool.
  • ~*Tassie Frosting*~
  • Cream Crisco and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and Kahlua. Beat until fluffy. This takes about a good 7 - 10 minutes with a stand mixer. Pipe frosting on top of caramel filling.
