Beef and Wild Rice Casserole

- 4 Cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked wild rice shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can beef bouillion shopping list
- 1/2 t. each of celery salt, garlic salt, pepper and paprika shopping list
- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 3 T. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Pour boiling water over rice, cover and let stand overnight, or cook per directions
- Drain rice and place in casserole.
- Add soups and seasonings
- Mix gently
- Slice and saute mushrooms in 2 T. butter
- Mix into rice mix
- Saute celery and onion in 1 T butter until limp
- Mix into rice mix
- Brown meat.
- Add to rice and mix.
- Sprinkle tip with slivered almonds.
- Cover and refrigerate upt to 24 hours
- Bake covered 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven
