Macaroni and cheese casserole Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • cook mac and cheese according to directions on box
  • mix all other ingredients except for crackers and margarine
  • put into casserole dish
  • crumble crackers onto top of mixture
  • dab pats of margarine on top
  • cook at 350 degrees until brown ( appox 30 mins)

    Great idea for stretching a box of mac & cheese. Quick question - is the mac & cheese mix the one with the powder cheese, or the packet of squishy cheese sauce?
