Delicious Raspberry Salad In Mold Recipe

Ingredients

1 large box (6 ounce) Raspberry Jell-0

2 cups boiling water

2 jars (16 ounces each) applesauce

1 cup sour cream

1 package (10 ounce) frozen raspberries, thawed

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

Spray a 2 quart mold with Pam, or rub lightly with mayonnaise

In large Pyrex bowl, pour boiling water over Jell-O, and stir to dissolve

Stir in applesauce, sour cream, raspberries, and pecans

Pour into mold and chill

When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator

Unmold onto lettuce lined plate or cake stand

This is beautiful, and a compliment especially to pork
