Delicious Raspberry Salad In Mold Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray a 2 quart mold with Pam, or rub lightly with mayonnaise
  • In large Pyrex bowl, pour boiling water over Jell-O, and stir to dissolve
  • Stir in applesauce, sour cream, raspberries, and pecans
  • Pour into mold and chill
  • When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator
  • Unmold onto lettuce lined plate or cake stand
  • This is beautiful, and a compliment especially to pork
