Delicious Raspberry Salad In Mold

Very easy, colorful, and delicious! Mix and pour into a mold, chill, unmold onto lettuce. Wonderful addition to a holiday meal. Beautiful presentation.
Ingredients
- 1 large box (6 ounce) Raspberry Jell-0 shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 2 jars (16 ounces each) applesauce shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 package (10 ounce) frozen raspberries, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 2 quart mold with Pam, or rub lightly with mayonnaise
- In large Pyrex bowl, pour boiling water over Jell-O, and stir to dissolve
- Stir in applesauce, sour cream, raspberries, and pecans
- Pour into mold and chill
- When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator
- Unmold onto lettuce lined plate or cake stand
- This is beautiful, and a compliment especially to pork
