I almost tricked my husband with these tonite - they were that good. If you're wanting to have more vegetables, less starch - go for these. This recipe is from "Cooking to Heal Little Tummies" and is SCD legit.

I made this with Spiced Ghee from Recipes for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, and since my food processor is small, I only ran the cauliflower through it, not the final mix. Result: quirky, but tasty. Good enough for me to make it again, but I'd never try to trick a non-SCDer!
