How to make it

  • Cut steak into 8 pieces.
  • Season with 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Heat oil in a skillet
  • Saute the onions and green peppers 10 min stirring frequently
  • Add mushrooms cook 2 min
  • Blend in flour and remaining salt and pepper
  • Add tomatoes stirring until mixture boils
  • Mix in the steak sauce
  • Cut 8 14 inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil.
  • Grease the centers and place a piece of steak on each
  • Bring foil up around the steaks and spread the sauce over them
  • close foil and double fold the edges to seal tightly
  • place on grill 4 inch over heat and cook 1 hour turning the packages with tongs several times
  • serve with the foil folded back garnished with parsley
