How to make it

  • Pre-heat pan med heat with touch of oil
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender
  • Pour 1/4 cup (or to taste) in middle of pan
  • Rotate and turn pan to expand batter and flatten as thin as possible
  • Cook until golden brown on bottom and flip
  • Cool for a few more seconds and remove
  • Stack crepes on warm plate with Foil cover
  • ---serving directions---
  • Spread favorite preservative or spread across bottom half
  • Roll crepe starting from bottom in 1 inch flat rolls.
  • My Favorite: Strawberry with Nutella mix (I know, ruins my sugar free recipe....but it's sooooo good)
