Susans Banana Pudding

This is my friend Susans banana pudding recipe. She ususally makes it for us when we get together because she knows that we all love it so much. You have to try this stuff!!!
Ingredients
- 5 T all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 stick real butter shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 t. vanilla shopping list
- vanilla wafers shopping list
- bananas (slightly ripe but not overripe) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except bananas and vanilla wafers in a med sauce pan.
- cook on med-hi until thickened
- layer small casserole dish with vanilla wafers,then bananas, then pudding mixture and repeat.
- chill
