How to make it

  • Mix crushed vanilla wafers, 2/3 cup peanuts and margarine together. Pat in a 9 x13 inch baking pan. Bake in oven 350 degrees for ten minutes. Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. layer over crumb crust and refrigerate to harden (to speed up process I stick in freezer between layers for about 15 minutes).
  • Mix pudding and milk together, pour over layers in pan;
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Spread remaining 2 cups whipped topping over pudding
  • mix.
  • Top with remaining peanuts.
  • Cover and place in freezer.
  • Serve directly from freezer or at room temperature for 15 minutes.
