Drumstick Dessert

- 2 C crushed vanilla wafers shopping list
- 1 C crushed Spanish peanuts shopping list
- 1/2 C melted butter or margarine shopping list
- 1- eight ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 C peanut butter shopping list
- 1 C powdered sugar shopping list
- 4 C whipped topping shopping list
- 2 sm packages instant pudding mix (we prefer chocolate) shopping list
- 3 C milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix crushed vanilla wafers, 2/3 cup peanuts and margarine together. Pat in a 9 x13 inch baking pan. Bake in oven 350 degrees for ten minutes. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. layer over crumb crust and refrigerate to harden (to speed up process I stick in freezer between layers for about 15 minutes).
- Mix pudding and milk together, pour over layers in pan;
- Refrigerate until set.
- Spread remaining 2 cups whipped topping over pudding
- mix.
- Top with remaining peanuts.
- Cover and place in freezer.
- Serve directly from freezer or at room temperature for 15 minutes.
