Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe

My mother made this at Christmas dinner and it was GREAT!

Ingredients
- 12 OZ Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 C Water
- 3 Gala Apples - Peeled and Chopped (1/2" Cubes)
- 2 Bartlet Pears - Peeled and Chopped (1/2' Cubes)
- 4 T Sugar
- 1 T Cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all in saucepan, bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, till cranberries pop - about 25 - 30 min. Cool to room temp or serve chilled

Nice addition of pears to the cranberries and apple mix and the cinnamon just bumps up the appeal of this to me. Thanks for a refreshing sounding recipe.
