This is great to put on roast beef sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Blend the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill.
