Ingredients
  • 1 pound catfish, cooked and flaked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ,ayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 to 4 drops liquid smoke
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill before serving.
  2. -
  3. NOTE: Liquid smoke is very strong. Add a drop at a time, tasting after each addition.
  4. -
  5. Makes 4 cups.
