How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix the wafer crumbs with the orange juice and coffee liqueur until combined. Press into a 9-inch spring form pan.
  • Bake 10 minutes, allow to cool thoroughly.
  • Combine tofu, ricotta, cream cheese, maple syrup, egg white, egg, Kahlua, Grand Marnier and cocoa powder in a food processor until smooth.
  • Spread evenly over the crust and bake for 1 hour or until set.
  • Chill overnight before serving.
