Ingredients
  • 200 grams of pork, cut into thin slices
  • 100 grams of bok choy
  • 1 tbs of japanese miso
  • 2 tbs of water
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 spring onion, cut into 6 cms lenght

Directions
  1. Mix miso with water, marinade pork for 10 minutes
  2. with olive oil, saute spring onion until fragant add pork, stir fry until pork is brown add bok choy, salt and pepper stir until everything is mixed, serve with steamed rice
