Pork With Miso Bok Choy And Rice

- 200 grams of pork, cut into thin slices shopping list
- 100 grams of bok choy shopping list
- 1 tbs of japanese miso shopping list
- 2 tbs of water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 spring onion, cut into 6 cms lenght shopping list
How to make it
- Mix miso with water, marinade pork for 10 minutes
- with olive oil, saute spring onion until fragant add pork, stir fry until pork is brown add bok choy, salt and pepper stir until everything is mixed, serve with steamed rice
