Banana Guava Pie

- 1-1/2 cup sliced bananas shopping list
- 1-1/4 cup guava nectar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- Combine nectar, juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to boil over low heat.
- In small bowl mix cornstarch and water to a smooth paste then stir into saucepan mixture.
- Stir mixture until thickened and clear then remove from heat and cool.
- Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into shell and serve with whipped cream.
