How to make it

  • Baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • Combine nectar, juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to boil over low heat.
  • In small bowl mix cornstarch and water to a smooth paste then stir into saucepan mixture.
  • Stir mixture until thickened and clear then remove from heat and cool.
  • Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into shell and serve with whipped cream.
