Veal Patties Schnitzel

- 3/4 lb ground veal shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 4 tbls butter shopping list
- 2 tbls finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 2 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Form ground veal into 4 patties
- Season bread crumbs with salt and pepper
- Dredge patties in flour, dip in egg, and then into the bread crumbs
- Cook patties in 2 tbls. butter
- Remove from pan, add remaining butter and saute onions and mushrooms.
- Add broth, wine and paprika and cook until liquid is slightly reduced.
- Stir in sour cream and heat over low heat.
- Pour sauce over patties.
- Serve with egg noodles.

Love the recipe, Wynn - I don't personally eat veal, but sub with ground beef. (Just a personal pref)
