How to make it

  • Form ground veal into 4 patties
  • Season bread crumbs with salt and pepper
  • Dredge patties in flour, dip in egg, and then into the bread crumbs
  • Cook patties in 2 tbls. butter
  • Remove from pan, add remaining butter and saute onions and mushrooms.
  • Add broth, wine and paprika and cook until liquid is slightly reduced.
  • Stir in sour cream and heat over low heat.
  • Pour sauce over patties.
  • Serve with egg noodles.

    Love the recipe, Wynn - I don't personally eat veal, but sub with ground beef. (Just a personal pref)
