I love to serve this with cut up oranges and salad or cole slaw!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of cayenne
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans crab drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 T butter for cooking

Directions
  1. Throw all of the ingredients together except for butter and mix together with your hands.
  2. Form into 4-6 patties.
  3. Brown on each side in butter in skillet. (The butter is important so make sure to not do on a Goerge Forman. Stove-top only. I have tried with one and while good not as wonderful as stove-top.)
