I love to serve this with cut up oranges and salad or cole slaw!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of cayenne
- 2 (6 oz.) cans crab drained
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 T butter for cooking
Directions
- Throw all of the ingredients together except for butter and mix together with your hands.
- Form into 4-6 patties.
- Brown on each side in butter in skillet. (The butter is important so make sure to not do on a Goerge Forman. Stove-top only. I have tried with one and while good not as wonderful as stove-top.)
