How to make it
- In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove and place on paper towels.
- Add cabbage to bacon grease and saute until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the vinegar and Splenda, crumble bacon, and serve.
- This can be served over rice, egg noodles, or by itself.
