The Master Chef Escoffier admired an opera star whose last name was Melba and named several of his creative recipes after her. The Peach Melba was the first and the origin of this drink. Ingredients
- 4 oz. vanilla ice cream - shopping list
- 1 oz. raspberry jam (Or Melba Sauce) - shopping list
- 3/4 oz. Black raspberry liqueur - shopping list
- 3/4 oz. hazelnut Liqueur - shopping list
- 3/4 oz. light cream - shopping list
- 3/4 oz. peach schnapps - shopping list
How to make it
- Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a peach slice
