Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Such a quick way to make chicken pot pie that tastes like you spent hours! A great "go-to" meal since all of the ingredients are ones that are usually already in the fridge or pantry.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (to save some time, you can also get the chicken cutlets)
  • 1 can (15oz) Veg-All
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 pie-crusts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. boil chicken in water until done then pull apart or cut into bite sized pieces
  2. mix together chicken, soups, veg-all, salt and pepper
  3. place one pie crust into lightly greased pie pan
  4. pour mixture into crust and top with the other pie crust
  5. cut a few slits into the top crust to let steam escape
  6. (you may also brush with an egg wash if you like to get that extra golden color)
  7. bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
