Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Rashers of bacon
  • 1 Large brown onion
  • 500g Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Sour cream
  • Pouring cream
  • Butter
  • Pasta
  • 1 Can of corn
  • Spring onions

Directions
  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan melt butter, cook of garlic, diced onion, sliced up chicken breast.
  3. When close to being ready add diced bacon and sliced onion.
  4. Cook down till every thing is cooked through, mushrooms are soft and bacon is crisp.
  5. Add in 50 50 sour cream and pouring cream simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. When the pasta is ready drain.
  7. Slice the Spring onions into fine rounds, drain corn add into the sauce mix stir in until warm.
  8. Add drained pasta stir through and serve.
