How to make it

  • mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl
  • Heat oil, brown sliced pork, stir until pork is cooked
  • add garlic and chilli stir until fagant and garlic is golden brown
  • add eggs, stir to break the eggs
  • add rice noodles, sauce, stir to mix everything well
  • Add kay lan, keep stirring and tossing your wok
  • turn off the heat, serve while it's hot
