thai rice noodle stir fry with pork and kay lan

- 300 grams of fresh rice noodles, cut into 2 inches cubes shopping list
- 100 grams of pork (or beef) , thinly sliced shopping list
- 100 grams of kay lan shopping list
- 2 egg shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- in chilli, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs of fish sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sugar shopping list
- pinch of pepper shopping list
- 3 tbs of cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl
- Heat oil, brown sliced pork, stir until pork is cooked
- add garlic and chilli stir until fagant and garlic is golden brown
- add eggs, stir to break the eggs
- add rice noodles, sauce, stir to mix everything well
- Add kay lan, keep stirring and tossing your wok
- turn off the heat, serve while it's hot
